At Sweat Decks, we are committed to delivering your sauna, cold plunge, or wellness equipment safely and on time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Large items such as saunas and cold plunges may require 5-10 business days for preparation before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States. Oversized items (saunas, barrel saunas, cold plunge tubs) ship via freight carrier with White Glove Delivery service, which includes delivery to your desired location on your property.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days for accessories and smaller items
  • Freight/White Glove Delivery: 2-4 weeks for saunas, cold plunges, and large equipment
  • Expedited Shipping: Available on select items for an additional fee

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on most orders. Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional fees. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For freight deliveries, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at support@sweatdecks.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
