Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Sweat Decks, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Custom-built or made-to-order items are non-returnable
  • Accessories and smaller items must be returned in their original sealed packaging

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@sweatdecks.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items, Sweat Decks will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. For large items (saunas, cold plunges), return freight costs will be quoted at the time of return authorization.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please contact us at support@sweatdecks.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require a price adjustment.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders that have entered production or shipping cannot be cancelled.
